Terms & Conditions
- Payment: A Deposit of £100.00 is required to confirm a booking. This will be held until after visitors leave and will be returned in the post within one week of departure if the accommodation is left reasonably clean, tidy and with no loss or damage. The full hire cost is due six weeks prior to commencement of the holiday. If the booking is made within six weeks then payment is due in full.
- Arrival / Departure: Bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday, however variations may occur. The property will be available from 3.00 p.m. and the property must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Care: The Guests are responsible for the property, including all fixtures, fittings and equipment during the period of hire, for the clean condition of all the utensils at the end of the hire, and for taking all reasonable care of the property and its equipment.
- Number of Guests: The maximum number of guests is six and this should not be exceeded. The owner reserves the right to terminate occupancy of the property without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.
- Equipment: The property is fully equipped; bed linen and towels are provided; however you may wish to bring your own towel for the beach. Any losses or breakages must be reported to the owner immediately and all damage must be paid for. Guests are advised to check the inventory on arrival, and to report any missing or damaged articles without delay.
- Cancellation: Please note that, once a booking has been confirmed, you are liable for the whole cost of the let. However, we will, in any event, endeavour to re-let the property and, if successful, we will make a refund to the value of the re-let period, less a 10% administration charge. Accordingly, it is important that cancellations are confirmed in writing. For this reason, we highly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover every eventuality.
- Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
- Complaints: It is important that you enjoy your stay and every effort has been made to ensure this. However, in the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the property or any subsequent problem, you should contact me immediately so that I have an opportunity to rectify the problem.
- Pets: A maximum of 2 dogs will be permitted. Dogs are charged at a cost of £10 per dog, per visit." Dogs are to be fully house trained and kept under control and exercised off the premises." Pets must not be allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture or left unattended in the property at any time."
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY, WITHOUT REFUND, IF YOU ARE IN BREACH OF ANY PART OF THIS CONDITION.
